These photos are from when their love story was just beginning. What a beautiful young lady and handsome young man! Take a look at the way they were in their youth!

Daddy Guy and Mama Mary holding a grandchild. (Probably Clarence Jr.)
Here are the five Baker daughters with their husbands:
Charles and Calell; Clarence and Sophenia; Mary Janice and R.L.; (I've got to look up the rest of them to be sure...)
These folks may be Clarence's relatives but the photo was not labeled.
This one was not labeled either but it looked like they were having a lot of fun!
Mama Mary as I knew her. What a sweet, Christian lady!
Time passes and memories fade. I think it is appropriate that from time to time we refresh our memories with the old photographs. These wonderful people paved the way for our generation and those to come! We do remember and appreciate all you did!!!

Those are really neat pictures! She looks so pretty & happy in the 4th pic. I can see a little of Caleb in the one of Daddy C when they were newly wed.
Wow.....never saw most of those. The one where all the sisters and their husbands are on the side of Daddy C and Nanmama's house....Aureba and Kelly (wasn't that his name? or was that their son?) and Doris Hellen....I don't know her husband's name....I am sure I would say, "oh yeah!" if I heard it. The one directly below it....the lady that is third from the right looks like Daddy C's sister, Mary....not sure if that is right. Mother would know. We need her to look and tell us. Thanks for posting these....I love them all!!!!
Okay....Doris Hellen's husband was Raymond. Mother and I discussed who the picture was of directly underneath the sisters....we decided that the woman I thought was Daddy C's sister, Mary (and that was not his sister's name...that was his nieces name...Mary Sue) was probably his sister and Mary Sue's mother because she looks just like Mary Sue...Mother said the lady on the right end might be Mary Sue....the older mand and lady in front might be Daddy C's aunt and uncle that lived in Austin. I don't know how much age difference there is in Calel and Doris Helen and Mary Janice, but it is possible that they are the two little girls sitting in the wagon. Just guessing. Maybe Jeanne will know for sure. I hope so! Maybe Doug would know. Does anyone know if he ever looks at any of our blogs?
The picture directly under that....it looks like Sophenia in the center standing...and maybe that is Glen, her brother, with his wife next to her. We thought maybe that is Calel or Aureba sitting in the wagon.
Hey! somehow my last comment got jumbled! From "I don't know how much age difference"....to "at any of our blogs" was at the end of what ended up being the last paragraph. It doesn't even make sense the way it printed....maybe that happened because I wrote too much. weird
